Matthew Rea

Certified Public Accountant

Matthew spent over a decade in the banking industry, working his way from personal banker to branch manager during that time. During that time he developed a passion for helping clients from all backgrounds be better informed and make better decisions about their financial health. In 2021, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a CPA. After two years of intense study, passing all four parts of the CPA exam, and gaining experience working for other CPAs, Matthew achieved his goal and became a fully licensed CPA in 2023.

 

 

Amie Rea

Firm Administrator

Amie serves as firm administrator. She has a background in education and earned a bachelor of arts from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in Education and Spanish. Her organization and time management skills help keep MW REA, CPA, LLC running smoothly each day. When not working on tasks for the firm, she homeschools our four children and also tutors children who are English-Language learners.
